Erica relocated from South Florida in 2017 with 21 years of experience and now brings her talent to Sagamore Beach where she specializes in residential and new development sales. Being very knowledgeable when it comes to buying or selling, Erica has proudly represented all types of properties from rentals and single-family homes to condos and even some of the area's most impressive new developments.
 
She has excellent negotiation skills, marketing experience in both education and professional practice, a master of organization, and strives to assist her clients navigate through all aspects of the buying or selling process, in the easiest possible way. Erica is a resident of Sagamore Beach and assists the Lucido Real Estate office. In her spare time, Erica volunteers in the community supporting local charities.
